☆ Normally, I ship everything through ORDINARY SHIPPING = no tracking number

✦ After the online store closes, I'll start ordering any pre-ordered items and then wait until they arrive before packing store orders which include P.O items aside from non P.O ones.

✦ Orders without Pre-order items will be packed ASAP after the online store closes!
✦ Please note that Pre-order items aren't limited to just acrylic merch, since there are some posters/prints that I have to re-stock. In any case, these take about 1 week to get to me, not much longer!

INFO: ACRYLIC ITEMS SHIPPED TO THE STATES

✧ WHAT HAPPENED? ✧ 

Due to recent events regarding the latest USA import/export regulations that affect Spain, there may be some delays in shipping out orders that contain acrylic items (standees, charms & blocks).

Currently, there seems to be no problem in sending my orders to the States, but there's a possibility that by the time I start sending out pre-ordered items, the regulations might've changed.
 
Keeping this in mind and if you don't mind the possibility of waiting a bit, feel free to add acrylic items to your order ❤️

✧ DOES THIS AFFECT ALL ACRYLIC ITEMS? ✧

No, just pre-ordered ones! It will be indicated on the item itself when adding it to the shopping cart. 

On the other hand, acrylic items of which I still have SOME remaining stock will be sent out ASAP and shouldn't be affected by any delays.

e.g. Jane Doe acrylic standee will be up for pre-order but since I've got 2 remaining stock, the first 2 orders will have their order shipped out quickly and won't have to wait until I close the shop to order them & send them out at a later date.

✧ HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER IF IT INCLUDES PRE-ORDERED ACRYLIC ITEMS? ✧

As soon as I close the shop in mid-December, I'll order them from my manufacturer!

It usually takes 2-3 weeks for me to receive them, so after that period of time I'll start packing all the orders containing pre-order items and ship them after.

I'm guessing that will be around January-February (if all goes well regarding the USA import/export regulations mentioned above)

In any case, I'll post an update on social media when I receive the acrylic items and also send you an e-mail once your order has been shipped!
